Maximum Privacy: Chromophone runs entirely on your device. It listens only to create live music-reactive visuals. Audio is never recorded, stored, transmitted, or shared.

What We Collect

Nothing. Chromophone:

Does not collect personal data
Does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking
Has no accounts and no sign-in
Does not send data over the network
Contains no third-party SDKs that collect data

Microphone and Audio

Chromophone uses microphone access to analyse nearby music in real time and animate its visuals. This processing happens entirely on your device. Audio is never recorded, saved, uploaded, or shared, and no audio remains after processing.

Data on Your Device

Any app settings are stored locally on your device. They are not available to us or sent to anyone else. Deleting the app removes them.
